Vialenity Peptide Calendar

Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-10-05 · Effective 5 October 2026

Read this before you buy.

Vialenity is a planning and record-keeping tool for research and educational use. It is not medical advice, it is not a medical device, and nothing in it has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The compounds it helps you schedule are research chemicals and are not for human consumption. All sales are final.

1. What this service is

Vialenity Peptide Calendar is software. It takes numbers you enter — a vial strength, a volume of bacteriostatic water, a dose, a schedule — and arranges them into a calendar you can print, together with arithmetic derived from those numbers.

The same applies to its reconstitution and unit calculations: they are arithmetic performed on figures you supply, not a verified measurement of anything.

It does not examine you, diagnose you, prescribe anything, or recommend anything. Any figure it pre-fills is transcribed from third-party reference material supplied to it, is provided for reference only, and is editable by you. Choosing what to do is entirely yours.

2. What this service does not do

To be clear about the boundaries:

  • We do not provide medical advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to use, purchase, or administer any compound, at any dose, on any schedule.
  • We do not supply, sell, source or test compounds. We have no involvement in what you obtain or who you obtain it from, and we make no representation about the identity, purity, sterility, concentration or legality of anything in your possession.
  • We do not conduct laboratory testing. No figure here is derived from testing performed by us.
  • We do not run clinical trials. Reference material is transcribed from third-party sources. We did not generate it and we do not vouch for it.
  • We do not claim any compound is safe or effective for any purpose. Where a dose, range or protocol appears, it is reported as reference material, not endorsed.
  • We do not verify your arithmetic against your actual vial. The service calculates from the numbers you type. If the vial in your hand differs from what you entered, the answer will be wrong and the service cannot know it.
  • We do not review, approve or supervise what you build. No clinician sees your cycle. Nothing you create here is checked by anyone.
  • We do not monitor your health, your results, or your outcomes. The biomarker and tracking features are blank forms for your own record-keeping, not clinical monitoring.

3. Research and educational use only

You agree that your use of this service is for lawful research, informational and educational purposes only. The compounds referenced are research chemicals. They are not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, and not for any therapeutic or diagnostic purpose.

You agree not to represent anything produced by this service as medical guidance, a prescription, or a treatment plan, to yourself or to anyone else.

4. No medical advice and no professional relationship

Nothing in this service is medical, pharmaceutical, nutritional, or professional advice. Using it creates no doctor-patient relationship, no pharmacist-patient relationship, and no professional relationship of any kind between you and Vialenity or anybody operating it.

Consult a licensed physician before making any decision affecting your health. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or produced here.

5. Not evaluated by the FDA

No statement made by this service has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or by any comparable authority in any jurisdiction. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Your responsibility, and assumption of risk

You are solely responsible for everything you do with this service and with anything it produces: what you obtain, how you handle it, what you calculate, what you administer, and to whom. You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you, including those governing the purchase, possession and handling of the compounds involved.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of this service and from any decision you make in connection with it, including risk of personal injury, illness, disability or death.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any figure, calculation, reference range, protocol or schedule is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for you. Arithmetic can be correct and still produce an answer that is wrong for a person. Check every number against your own vial, your own syringe and your own judgement before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Vialenity nor its owner, operators, contractors or suppliers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury, illness or death, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — this service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for access in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Where a limitation is unenforceable, it shall be reduced to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall stand.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vialenity and its owner, operators and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.

10. Payment — all sales are final

All costs are final. No refunds are available. All purchases are final, including where access is later suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.

Access is granted manually after payment is confirmed. Claiming to have paid does not grant access and does not create an account.

11. Your account

Your account is personal to you. You agree that you will not:

  • share your login with anyone, or let anyone else use your account;
  • resell, sublicense, rent or transfer your access;
  • redistribute, publish or sell calendars, guides, reference material or other output from the service, whether free or for payment;
  • copy, scrape, or systematically extract the service’s content or data, or use it to build a competing product;
  • represent the service’s output as medical advice, or as endorsed by any clinician or authority;
  • use the service for anything unlawful, or on behalf of anyone under 18;
  • attempt to circumvent access controls, payment, or any limit placed on your account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.

12. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without prior warning, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. We may — but are not obliged to — send a warning first.

Termination for breach carries no refund, and we may permanently refuse service to you and to any account we reasonably associate with you.

13. Emails you will receive

Regardless of any marketing preference you set, you agree that we may contact you by email about your account, your access, your payment, security, changes to these terms, and any conduct we believe breaches them. These are service messages, not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an account.

Marketing emails are separate, optional, and you may opt out of those at any time.

14. Your data

We store what you give us: your name, your email address, the profile details you enter, and the cycles you build. We use them to operate the service and to contact you about it. We do not sell them.

Information you enter about yourself is entered at your discretion. Ask us to delete your account and data at vialenity@gmail.com and we will do so, subject to any record we are required to keep.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which set is current. Where a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the service. Continuing to use it after that constitutes acceptance.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest shall remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, and replace anything said beforehand.

17. Contact
